Submission Guidelines

Before you proceed, follow the guidelines below:

  • All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
  • Topic must be within the specified scope.
  • Full paper (A4) must be in English.
  • Papers must follow the ICOEINS 2026 template.
  • Include objectives, methods, results, and discussion.
  • Minimum length: 4 pages.

IEEE Policy

  • Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements after each paper has been thoroughly reviewed and (if any) satisfactorily modified according to the reviewer comments.
  • Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Publication

  • Accepted papers must be presented offline or online.
  • Pre‑recorded presentations allowed with author present for Q&A.
  • Papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore subject to quality.

Registration Notes

  • Registration fee is per paper.
  • Additional fee (USD 15/page or IDR 200,000/page) for >6 pages (max 10 pages).
  • Invoices charged to author; payment non‑refundable.
  • No printed proceedings onsite; contact for print request.

Review Process

Articles undergo a formatting review by the editor and a doubleblind review by two independent reviewers. Final decisions are based on review outcomes. Submissions via the system only; email submissions not accepted.
